Eduardo Lucero Velazquez (aka TOCA) was born October 15, 1976. Toca was born in Tulcingo De Valle Puebla. He came to the United States in June 1993. He started to work in a Bakery from 1993 – 1994. In 1994 he worked in a Clothes Factory rom 1994 – 1996. Then he was working as a delivery boy and dishwasher in a restaurant from 1996 – 1997.
In the year 1997-1998, he joined the kitchen, making salads. After that from 1997-1998 he became a busboy, 1998 – 2007 a food runner. In the year 2007, he decided to open his first corporation Deli and Grocery Store. Then he opened his second corporation Restaurant in 2011. Lastly, Toca opened his third business Deli and Grocery store in 2012. Finally, in 2015 he opened his fourth business San Jose Tulcingo Restaurant. Toca is the founder and chef, for San Jose Tulcingo Restaurant. He makes his own recipes of everything on the menu. Toca is a very good example of the American dream.
